The National Home Gardening Club, America’s standout community for passionate home gardeners, has bestowed its prestigious Gardening Club Member Tested and Recommended Seal of Approval to the Skeeter Defeater® Mosquito Defense Unit. The Skeeter Defeater products will be featured in the July/August issue of Gardening How-To magazine, the official publication of the National Home Gardening Club.
Skeeter Defeater samples were sent to 60 members of the club this past spring. Testers had a chance to use the automatic mosquito sprayer for an extended period of time in real-life scenarios before turning over their opinions to determine the approval of the Skeeter Defeater.

Overall, the members scored the Skeeter Defeater product at 8.5 out of 10. The highest scores were given for the product’s ease of use, clarity of instructions, appearance and overall quality.
A mosquito killer for any yard
The Skeeter Defeater Mosquito Defense Unit sprays a botanical insecticide, pyrethrin, at dusk and dawn automatically everyday using its patent-pending DUSK/DAWN® Sensor. The sensor measures the sunlight and activates the Dispenser at precisely true dusk and dawn, when mosquitoes are most active. The spray kills mosquitoes on contact, unlike many other mosquito control devices that merely trap or repel mosquitoes. Each spray covers up to 300 square feet. The Dispensers are battery-operated, making the unit portable and ideal for camping, RVing, hunting and more outdoor settings.
